Due to the custom printed nature of our products, all DTF transfers are printed to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any printed transfers.
We do not accept returns because:
- All transfers are custom printed specifically for your order
- Once printed, transfers cannot be resold or reused
We will only offer a refund or replacement if:
- Your order arrived damaged
- You received the wrong item
- There is a print quality issue on our end
To report an issue: Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and your order number.
